Helms WiFi Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides low-voltage, networking, WiFi, audio/video, surveillance, television mounting, and technology integration services through helmswifi.com and related communication platforms.
By requesting service, submitting a form, approving a quote, scheduling work, or making payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
• Estimates and pricing are subject to onsite verification and scope changes.
• Equipment availability, manufacturer lead times, and project scheduling may vary.
• Helms WiFi Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply shortages, manufacturer backorders, internet service provider delays, utility outages, acts of God, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
• Customer-supplied equipment may limit warranty coverage, compatibility, or support services.
• Estimates, proposals, and scheduling requests may be canceled by the customer at any time before a deposit is collected.
• Deposits collected for equipment ordering, project scheduling, labor reservation, or custom work are non-refundable once payment has been received.
• Deposits may be used immediately for equipment purchases, material allocation, labor scheduling, project preparation, and administrative costs associated with the project.
• Payment is due according to the terms listed on the invoice or proposal.
• A late fee of $25.00 may be applied monthly to unpaid balances that remain past due.
• Helms WiFi Inc. reserves the right to suspend scheduling, support, warranty service, remote management, or future work on accounts with outstanding balances.
• Online payments processed through Jobber Payments and related payment providers are handled through secure third-party payment processors. Helms WiFi Inc. does not directly store full credit card or banking information.
• Payment disputes, chargebacks, ACH disputes, and payment processing matters are handled according to the policies and procedures of the payment processor and financial institutions involved.
• Removal of existing equipment, wiring, mounts, cameras, televisions, speakers, or networking equipment may expose hidden damage, patched surfaces, fading, paint differences, drywall issues, prior installation damage, or structural conditions not previously visible.
• Helms WiFi Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed conditions, or cosmetic differences discovered during or after removal of equipment, including situations where the original installation was performed by Helms WiFi Inc. at an earlier date.
• Helms WiFi Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of data, business interruption, loss of internet access, security breaches, loss of recordings, or loss of use arising from equipment failure, network outages, third-party service interruptions, or technology-related issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Equipment removed during service may be discarded unless customer specifically requests return of removed equipment at the time of service.
• Helms WiFi Inc. does not guarantee specific internet speeds, wireless coverage levels, roaming performance, streaming quality, gaming latency, smart-home compatibility, or uninterrupted network operation due to factors outside our control including internet service provider limitations, building materials, interference, device capabilities, environmental conditions, or third-party services.
• Customer acknowledges that mounting televisions, cameras, speakers, access points, racks, and related equipment may require drilling, anchoring, cutting, or modification of surfaces including drywall, siding, brick, stucco, concrete, tile, cabinetry, and framing materials.
• While Helms WiFi Inc. uses reasonable care and professional installation practices, customer accepts that minor cosmetic impact, paint variation, patching needs, or surface variation may occur during installation or equipment removal.
• Customer agrees that Helms WiFi Inc.’s maximum liability related to any project or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• Customer acknowledges that wall finishes, paint, siding, trim, flooring, mounting surfaces, and low-voltage infrastructure may change over time due to settling, weather, aging, renovations, or third-party modifications.
• Network performance may be affected by internet service providers, environmental conditions, existing infrastructure, building materials, interference, or third-party equipment outside the control of Helms WiFi Inc.
• Helms WiFi Inc. provides low-voltage and technology integration services unless otherwise specifically stated in writing. Customer is responsible for any required electrical, structural, permitting, drywall repair, painting, or general contractor work not specifically included in the approved proposal.
• Customer is responsible for maintaining access to utilities, power, internet service, passwords, login credentials, and areas required to complete installation or support services.
• Warranty coverage applies only to equipment and services specifically provided by Helms WiFi Inc.
• Helms WiFi Inc. is not responsible for failures, instability, limitations, or compatibility issues involving customer-owned or third-party devices not originally supplied by Helms WiFi Inc.
• Remote support, monitoring, and managed service offerings are provided on a best-effort basis and may be affected by internet connectivity, power outages, third-party services, equipment limitations, or circumstances outside the control of Helms WiFi Inc.
• By submitting forms or communicating with Helms WiFi Inc., you consent to communication by phone, email, and SMS regarding scheduling, estimates, invoices, project updates, marketing, and support. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply.
• These policies may be updated periodically without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

We take reasonable measures to protect customer information through secure software platforms, account protections, and industry-standard business practices. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Our business may utilize third-party communication and automation platforms, including Beside.io, for customer communication, call handling, SMS messaging, scheduling assistance, follow-up communication, and support services.
Helms WiFi Inc. may photograph or document equipment, wiring, installation areas, and completed work for project records, warranty documentation, quality control, training purposes, or marketing unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer.
Our website and business systems may use third-party platforms including Jobber, Beside.io, Google, payment processors, email providers, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Zapier, and related business software services. Use of those services may also be subject to their individual privacy policies and terms.
By using our services, approving estimates, submitting forms, scheduling work, or making payment, customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
